LIMITED REGISTRATION PURCHASE
CONTRACT This puppy is a purebred and sold
with limited registration and registered with AKC. This
puppy must be spayed or neutered within in six months of buyer
possession. Failure to comply will
void all guarantees. This
puppy may not be bred and is being sold as a pet only. HEALTH GUARANTEES This puppy is guaranteed to be in
good health at the time of completed sale and buyer possession. Buyer agrees to have puppy examined at own
expense by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days from date of buyer
possession. If puppy is found to be in
unsatisfactory health, written documentation from a licensed veterinarian
must be provided to seller and puppy must be returned with all original
accompanying items, including crate, toys, food, etc., and all original accompanying paperwork
within 72 hours. Seller shall then
refund 100% of the purchase price including original applicable shipping
costs. (This does not include worms, fleas, mites, cocci,
giardia, or any other common parasites) This puppy is guaranteed for one
year to be free any life threatening hereditary congenital defect, except in
cases of male retained or undescended testicles. If puppy is tested and found to have a
hereditary condition within one year from date of buyer possession, proof of
a licensed university veterinarian diagnosis must be provided to seller. Buyer shall then return puppy along with
all original accompanying paperwork and may choose to accept either a next
available similar puppy or receive a full refund. This dog is guaranteed for five
years against MVD. Any occurring death
directly related to MVD shall obligate seller to provide to buyer the next
available similar puppy at no cost to buyer. GENERAL HEALTH Buyer is entirely responsible at
his or her own expense to provide for the future health and care of this
animal. This is not only exclusive to annual vet exams, vaccinations, and
health related preventatives, but also extends to providing a safe & healthy
life & home environment. Failure
to comply with these conditions on the part of the buyer and failure to
provide documentation of these requirements upon sellers request will void
the above stated guarantees. FUTURE HEALTH Seller
cannot guarantee the future health of this puppy other than within the
guidelines of the above stated guarantees.
Because of the health issues concerning this breed we as the breeder
have invested everything necessary to ensure we are breeding only healthy
animals. All adults are screened yearly at the U of M and must pass all exams
to be part of our breeding program, and all puppies leaving our home are U of
M screened as well prior to placement.
Pet ownership is not without risk. There are a number of health
ailments that can affect our pets of which neither party can possibly
control, and the buyer must accept that this is simply part of the commitment
to owning a pet. LIFE & HOME The well
being of our puppies is our responsibility from conception to birth and
through the first ten
weeks of life, but once a puppy leaves our home this responsibility transfers solely to
you. It is our desire to place all our
puppies in safe, loving, happy homes. It is our goal to provide all the
information you need without candy-coating facts or giving half-truths in
order to help you make an educated purchase. A LIFE-LONG COMMITMENT Upon
acceptance of this contract you agree to be the Life-Long Companion,
Constantly Patient Guide, and Forever Loyal Protector of your Cavalier King
Charles Spaniel, who promises in return to remain your Life-Long Lap
Companion, Constantly Adorable Playmate, and Forever Loyal Protector of All
Balls, Rope Toys, and Anything Else Permissibly Chewable.
