June 15 - 6 Weeks

 

The pups have changed and grown and blossomed in so many ways this week! They are with their friends from Fibi’s litter fulltime now in the big pen. They spend their nights away from moms now but with each other snuggled in a huddle. They are adapting well to their new surroundings.

 

The pups really enjoy going outside on the deck now, where they have a big umbrella for shade and cozy dog house to take naps in (or tear apart the bedding when they are feeling rambunctious) Which is A LOT! They are so playful and fun!

 

They also got to be in the big part of the living room all together last night for the first time and they seemed to have the time of their lives! Balls, rope toys, blankets, and people feet! Yes, they love toes and ankles, the little shysters! (I’m not sure of the spelling, I can sure spot about 11 of them!)

 

Since they turned 6 weeks it was time to get micro-chipped, which they all fared through very well! It’s a little pinch and then it’s done. And back to frolicking and licking, and, growling and barking again!

June 22 - 7 Weeks

 

The pups have grown AGAIN! Lol  And they’re cuter than last week! How is this possible? you may ask yourself. I don’t know quite how they do it, but they are absolute masters of cutie patootieness!

 

They have enjoyed going outside (when it doesn’t rain) and they love romping in the living room. Today they make the big move to eating their meals in the puppy condo. They are separate in their own cubby but can still hear and smell each other. It’s their first introduction to the idea of a being crated and learning how to be separate from their littermates. It’s a tough lesson at first but it is not long before they grow accustomed to it, since eating is so fun. They learn that it really isn’t so bad!

The pups have completed all their health screens and exams and I am proud to announce all are healthy and sound! This day is a big one for me also because I have chosen my girl….

BENI WITH HIS NEW FAMILY,

July 6 - 9 Weeks

 

I am so happy that all the puppies have found homes. No one is ever left behind, but it’s always nice to have everyone chosen for their forever homes and know where they’re all going. This week the pups have enjoyed playing in the big backyard with the big dogs. With all that room they have so many corners to explore and so much grass to roll and play in. They are really having fun and turning into little doggies right before my eyes!

FAMILY UPDATES

(Here is a) family picture of Me, John, and our Lucy. We absolutely adore her and she is growing so fast! We are so lucky to have her!

 

Mika has been an amazing companion. She is incredibly loyal, following me everywhere I go! She loves going for walks, meeting new people or dogs and absolutely loves my parents 8-year-old Cavalier, Amber. She's such a good puppy too! She was potty trained quickly, can sit, lay, and stay and loves to play with her toys! People always comment on how kind, gentle, fun, and beautiful she is. Thanks again for all that you do, I completely adore her! :)
